  • My parents are divorced, and the parent I live with more than 50% of the time is remarried.
  • My parents are married, but live apart and don’t talk (informal separation).
  • I am currently homeless and my school is not aware.

INDEPENDENT/
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE

  • My parent(s) kicked me out of their house and I have been living with friends ever since. My parents are no longer my legal guardians.
